By purchasing products from Foot Health Care (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms.

Books (UK Orders Only): Physical signed copies of From Feet to Mind are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary by region (2–5 business days from dispatch).
Digital Products (Worldwide): Templates and resources are provided as instant downloads after payment.

Digital products are for personal or clinical use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
Books are for personal use; reproduction, scanning, or distribution without prior permission is not permitted.

Books (UK Orders Only): We do not accept general returns or refunds once a book has been purchased. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to provide a replacement. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the damaged book (£3.50) and for the postage of the replacement copy (£3.50). Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the UK. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page to arrange this.
Digital Products (Worldwide): Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available once files have been downloaded.

All templates, designs, written content, and resources remain the intellectual property of Areti Dimitriadou / Foot Health Care.
