Books (UK, EU, US & Australia Orders)
We currently ship signed copies of From Feet to Mind within the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Australia.
- Dispatch time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery method: Royal Mail international or domestic services.
- Estimated delivery time from dispatch:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- EU: 5–7 business days
- US & Australia: 8–12 business days
- Shipping cost:
- UK: Free
- EU: £12 flat rate
- US & Australia: £15 flat rate
Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Foot Health Care has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Books are often duty-free in many regions, but local authorities make the final decision. We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and must declare the accurate value paid.
Customs paperwork: We describe the item as “Printed book” and typically use tariff/HS code 49019900, country of origin “United Kingdom,” and the book’s actual purchase value. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them.
Other international orders: If your country is not listed above, please purchase through Amazon or contact us directly.
Address accuracy & delivery issues: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected, we can reship once postage is paid again; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All digital resources (e.g., podiatry templates) are delivered electronically.
