  • Payment and Deposits: Payments for appointments must be made before the appointment. If no payment is received, the appointment will not take place. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £15 will apply. The rest of your payment can be transferred to your future booking or refunded.
