Thank you for purchasing directly from Foot Health Care.

Books (UK orders only)

We do not accept general returns or refunds for books once purchased.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to provide a replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the damaged book (£3.50) and the postage for the replacement copy (£3.50).
Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the UK.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page to arrange this.

Books (outside the UK)

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page so we can review and advise on next steps.

Digital Products (worldwide)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available once files have been downloaded.
